Lead-in
A CD contains a special "starting zone", called "lead-in" at the the "beginning"
of the CD (before the actual data area).
The lead-in area contains e. g. the "Table of Contents"
(the directory of the CD) as well as other "management information" about the
CD (e. g. "CD-Text data" on CD-Text CDs).
On a "Multi-Session-CD" each session
has got it's own lead-in.
