Feurio! Registration:
I have sent my order - but have not yet received
my code?
Question: I recently sent off my order
for Feurio!® but have not yet received a code, when will I finally get my
code?
Answer:
The first question is: "WHERE DID YOU ORDER FEURIO!®?"
If e.g. you ordered Feurio!® in shop, you will have to ask the shop for the
delivery time!
If you ordered Feurio!® directly from us or from AHEAD, please note the following:- Payment
by credit card (via AHEAD)
Normally you should get your code within an hour of entering
your data. But as you no doubt already know from in the shops: Unfortunately
the computer of the credit card clearing house occasionally crashes or the connection
breaks down. In individual cases therefore it might just take a bit longer. Please
wait until the next working day at least.
For delivery of a program CD /sending the code by post of course you have to
include the post delivery times as well.
- Payment by bank transfer:
Please be patient!
Normally a bank transfer goes quickly but it can take a few days until the payment
reaches us.
Normally we process the credits received ON A DAILY BASIS, but occasionally we
don't get around to it straight away - or even go on holiday sometimes! Pay particular
attention to announcements made on the Feurio!® Homepage!
Example:
You order the transfer with your bank on a Friday afternoon, but the bank doesn't
feel like processing it until Monday.
The transfer will then appear on our statement on Tuesday or Wednesday - so 5
days have already passed until the credit even gets to us. For delivery by post
you then have to include the post delivery time.
I have now waited a suitable length of time but have still
not received my code, now what?

Youcan query the status of your order
on the Feurio! Website under the URL http://www.feurio.com/English/Register/register_state.shtml.
Here you will see if e.g. the order is already on its way to you!
If you can not query the status of your order or if the status is wrong, please
check the following: - When was the bank transfer booked
at your end?
Unfortunately some banks are really slow - check the transfer
date on YOUR statement! - Correct account number?
Did you use the correct account number (A/c: 1304481243, Sort
code 20050550) ? - Is the purpose of the transfer stated
correctly?
Occasionally we getcredits which we
can not assign anywhere, no matter how hard we try - if e.g. a certain "John
Smith" orders a Feurio!® license, but we then receive a bank transfer from
e.g. "Robert Smith" with the purpose "Feurio license", we can NOT assign it!
The full name + address OR the e-mail address OR the order number MUST be stated
here! - Sent registration to US?
Did you really send US a registration form (via the Website,
by Fax or by post)? Unfortunately there are always a few cases in which e.g.
people send US the money but send the registration form to e.g. Ahead or another
shop - this of course will not work!
Did you mistakenly send the registration form to someone else, if so, please
send us the registration form again! - Correct E-Mail
Address?
Often the e-mail address given with the registration is incorrect
and thus the registration did not "get anywhere".
If none of this applies, then please send us a brief e-mail
(order@feurio.de).
So that we can process you query ASAP, we will need the following information:
- Name and Address (as given on the registration)
- e-mail
address if delivery by e-mail
- Date on which the bank
transfer was booked from your account and also the text you entered as purpose.
If the bank transfer was made from someone else's account, it would be very helpful
if you could let us know the name of the account holder / person who ordered
the bank transfer!
THE EASIEST THING TO DO:
What is easiest for you and for us is of you just fill in the
registration form again under http://www.feurio.com/English/Register/register_do.shtml
and then under "Space for further comments" just write: "2
registration - I am still waiting for the code" and then briefly enter the bank
transfer data (booked on, purpose given).
