Error In List / Missing Entry

Your CD-ROM is not listed?

This should usually be no problem. Feurio! offers a flexible interface for accessing CD-ROMs. Different parameters can be comfortably configured here. It should be possible to make EVERY CD-ROM work with Feurio! . (Exeption: For constructional reasons some older CD-ROMs are not able to read audio information - of course with these drives there is nothing doing).
In Feurio! select the entry "Program Parameter" within the "Program" menu and set the parameters for the drive - just try different parameters if your not sure!
If you have found the correct settings for the drive, please click the "FEEDBACK" button in the Device Parameter Dialog and return us the information about this drive - we will add this drive to the list and the internal parameter data base of Feurio!, so the drive will be recognized by Feurio! in future.

An entry in the list is incorrect?

At the moment the Feurio! CD-ROM data base contains 1021 entries - as you can imagine, we haven´t bought and tested 1021 different CD-ROMs.
A large part of the entries are from user feedback. Of course some of the feedback is not completely correct - a user who e.g. does not use CD-Text will usually not test if the CD-ROM supports it.
So if you should find an "error" in the list, please proceed as follows:

• Is there really an error in the list?
  Please check CAREFULLY, if there is an error in the list.You should especially check whether the firmware version of your CD-ROM is up-to-date - a reported feature may possibly depend on the firmware version.
  The read speed reported in the list may not be reached for different reasons (e.g. old firmware, a "bad" CD, tracks at the beginning (the maximum speed will usually only be reached in the outer regions of the CD, the last tracks of the CD then), system settings may also slow down reading (e.g. a to slow hard disk, no busmaster driver and so on))
  Please check also, if your Feurio! version is up-to-date!
  
  
• Returning the new parameters:
  Please do NOT send us an e-mail with the changed parameters! As much as we´d like to we can not manually change a list with 1021 entries!
  Please press the "FEEDBACK" button under "Program" -> "Program Parameters" and send us the fixed paramters for the CD-ROM this way. We will add the correct parameters to Feurio! as soon as possible!
