Send Registration Code Again - Manual Processing 

As already mentioned on the start page we are, due to the high amount of work, no longer able to search for the registration codes again. .
In the case an automatic procressing is possible, we still sending the code again for free - for this please see "Sending the registration code again".

If an automatic processing is not possible, we are sorry to say that we have to charge a handling charge. We are really sorry - but we are getting so many questions to send the registration codes again that the amount of work has become too large - it would be really no problem to search for the user and re-send the code if someone really has lost the code. As mentioned we´re getting several mails a DAY from users asking for the renewed sending of their code (among them some fake mails). Therefore we had to decide to at least participate the users in the costs for the investigation.
From now a handling charge of 10 DM for the renewed sending of a registration code will be charged.

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO RECEIVE THE CODE AGAIN?
A) You have received the code directly from us (Fangmeier Systemprogrammieurng) resp. ShareIt (Element 5-AG)
(or you have registered a CD purchased from a dealer with us)

As mentioned above we really have to charge a contribution for searching the code (we hope this will finally make the users printing their code - we already had users that have questioned a new code SEVERAL TIMES).

Please ABSOLUTELY provide the following things:

  • "RENEWED SENDING FEURIO! LICENSE CODE"
  • The address (+ possible e-mail) the code was signed to (i. e. your address at the time of registration)
  • Approximate date of order
  • If changed: New address + new e-mail
  • Desired method of delivery of the registration code: Fax, first-class mail or e-mail.
B) You have received the code from AHEAD

Please contact Ahead (feurio@ahead.de) directly.

C) You have received the code from another dealer

Please contact your dealer.

Again, we like to apologize for this measure, but from the reasons mentioned above we had no other possibility.
