Lost Registration Code 

The registration code is a personal document - not without good reason we mention in the registration mail that you should print the code and keep it in a safe place!
Nevertheless it occasionally happens that people "lose" their code and ask to receive it again. Up to now we searched the data base manually for this certain people and send the code again. Because we had a lot of questions concerning lost codes recently, we are sorry to say that due to the amount of work we are no longer able to offer this service. In addition we had a lot of abuse attempts recently: The word got out that we are sending the registration code again completely unproblematical (although we expressly emphasize in the registration that we DO NOT send the code again.). It seems as if many people got the idea of trying to obtain a code by devious means that way they´re simply claim to have registered Feurio! a while ago.

From there we have decided on the following procedure:

a)	Sending the code automatically to the e-mail address provided when you registered: By request we´re sending the code again to e-mail address you have provided when you registered - for security reasons sending to another e-mail address is not possible. b)	Sending the code manually: If an automatic sending of the code is NOT possible, we unfortunately have to charge you a handling charge for looking up the code. For further details please click here
